My husband and I engaged Ben Moves Brisbane to help us move furniture and boxes on 16 December and we couldn't have been happier. The service provided was excellent. Jack and Levi were on time, professional, helped us un-plumb the washing machine and were very friendly. No furniture or walls got damaged, they were very efficient and careful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Ben Moves Brisbane, especially Jack and Levi for all of your help!

Great service! It’s always tricky trying to find good reliable service from listings online but we are very happy that we decided to use Ben Moves Brisbane for our move this week as it went very well. Despite it being a more complicated request on our part, moving out of an apartment, then some things to a suburban property and the rest in storage out in Ipswich, Ben & Shane were wonderful. Polite, professional and friendly to the whole family. They made the entire process a lot less stressful than it otherwise might have been. We will be using them and BMB again the next time we need to move.

Highly recommend Ben Moves Brisbane. This is the second time I have used them after 9 years ago. Family company that is friendly, fairly priced and very efficient and professional movers. Refreshing to see this in an industry that sometimes gets a bad name. Nothing was too much trouble for the two staff that moved me - Eli and Taran. They were more efficient and professional than I could even imagined.

I highly recommend Ben Moves Brisbane. We’ve moved seven times in the last 13 years and they are by far the best movers we’ve ever used. Connor and Dylan handled all our things carefully, were quick and decisive during the load and unload, and were just super nice guys. Their friendly and professional attitude made what is normally a stressful day feel more fun.

Easy and very reasonable quote and online booking followed up with a very prompt call from the office to lock in the date and time of choice. Confirmed prior and on the day they were not only running on time but earlier if we could accommodate which I was delighted to. Nick and Jack were fantastic, pleasure to deal with careful with our belongings and super helpful moving into the new place. Five star service

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Taran and Eli from Ben Moves Brisbane. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.
